5 Days Exchange

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer a hassle-free 5-day exchange policy for your peace of mind.

Once your order is processed, You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

It will take 3-4 working days after the order confirmation.

If you’ve noticed a longer delivery time and wish to cancel part or all of your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for an exchange after delivery based on our exchange policy.

You will receive the invoice for your order via email shortly after your purchase is confirmed. If you haven’t received it within a few hours, please check your spam or promotions folder.

No return can be made but you can exchange your order within 5 working days after receiving.
